What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply services to you. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between You and Plannit Limited (trading as "Frond"), for use of the Frond service (the "Service"). "You" refers to any individual who creates an account on the Service. By using the Service, You signify Your irrevocable acceptance of this Agreement.

Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you create an account and start using the Service. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so at the email address you provided to us.

The Service includes a service, website, or mobile application that allows You access to and use of a single Frond account. Use, reproduction, modification, distribution or storage of any Content for other than purposes of using the Service is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from us.

Frond may at its sole discretion modify the features of the Service from time to time without prior notice.

In order to use the Service, You must sign-up to Frond. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password for your account.

You agree to notify Frond of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

All intellectual property rights and all other rights in the Service shall be owned by Frond.

You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile or otherwise reduce to human readable form any software associated with the Service.

You shall use reasonable endeavours to prevent any infringement of Frond's Intellectual Property Rights.

Frond may, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, terminate the Service, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate Your Frond account.

Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service.

If You terminate Your Account via means provided for cancellation on the Frond app or website, Frond will make all reasonable efforts to delete your Content.

You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable national and international laws.

You shall not: use the Service for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose; resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of Frond.

Frond does not claim ownership over any user content submitted on or through the Service. Your user content belongs to You.

You represent and warrant that all information provided by You to Frond is correct and current.

The Service is provided "as is" and the entire risk arising out of use remains with You.

Frond shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

• We may transfer this agreement to someone else. We will always tell you in writing if this happens.

• You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else.

• If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force.

• Even if Frond delays in enforcing this contract, Frond can still enforce it later.

• These terms are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in the English courts.
